What are check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is after 3:00 PM (self check-in with a smart lock) and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Please note we do not offer Saturday check-ins, as our family observes the Sabbath.

How many guests can stay?

Hope Hill Hideaway sleeps up to 8 guests: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with private bathroom, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 a twin-over-full bunk. A pack-n-play is available on request.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Up to 2 pets, under 50 lbs each, approved in advance. Please tell us about your pet when booking.

Is there a coffee maker?

We keep a coffee-free kitchen, but we provide a hot water kettle plus herbal and specialty teas. You are welcome to bring your own coffee or use instant coffee with the kettle.

How far is Louisville?

About 25 minutes to downtown Louisville and the Kentucky International Convention Center. The Louisville airport (SDF) is about 35 minutes away.

Is the property good for kids?

Very! There is a playground, a big outdoor swing, a fire pit with roasting sticks, and natural creek access. Children should always be supervised near the water.

Do you offer longer stays?

Yes. We welcome mid-term stays, corporate housing, and insurance relocation, with weekly and monthly rates. Contact us for extended-stay rates.
